Who we are:
Mike and Mary Devine are a husband and wife
team with Makai Properties LLC, with offices on
the West, South, and East sides of Kauai.
(Mike's License is inactive in 2010, and he now
works as Mary's "Silent Partner". That means
he gets her lunch and coffee :-)
What we do:
1.) List and Sell all types of
Real Estate on Kauai.
2.) Assist Buyers to find and
purchase all types of
Real Estate.

-We are members of the National Association of
Realtors, the Kauai Board of Realtors, and the
Hawaii Information Services (MLS),
We also have all the latest information
on Rental Income and
New Developments.
Personal information:
Mary hails from New England, where she
managed a restaurant in the wilds of Connecticut
until she just couldn't stand it anymore, and
moved to Kauai 15 years ago, where Mike
immediately talked her into marrying him. (He's
a great salesman.)
On Kauai Mary worked with Condominium Resorts,
and still has a part time Wedding Service, but is
now full time Real Estate for the past 4 years.
Mike has been on Kauai for 23 years.
Vacationing on Kauai after a brutal winter in
Minnesota he just never got back on the plane,
and has come to love Kauai as his home.
Mike started his Real Estate career in 1986, as
a Resort General Manager (Lanikai Condominiums
in Wailua), then worked in building maintenance
and renovation, and has been with Makai
Properties full time now for 6 years. (Inactive
License in 2010.)
